The Hellenic Air Force Engineers Scientific Society was established in 1981.
About Us
Members of the society are all active and retired officers of the Hellenic Air Force Academy Engineering dpt (HAFESS).
Purpose
Our purpose is the recognition, promotion and professional / scientific development of our members, as well as the contribution, scientific and technological, where needed, for the progress of the aviation sector.
Vision
Our vision is to become a reference point in matters related to aviation science and aerospace in Greece.
Cooperations
Our capabilities
The society consists of more than 200 engineers, being active and retired officers of the Hellenic Air Force. Our members possess a huge experience on the design, quality assurance, maintenance and safety of aircraft, as well as on operational exploitation.
Our active officers support all technical support activities of the Hellenic Air Force, while our retired members occupy top management positions in aviation industries and organizations, teach in Greek and foreign universities, are advisors to Ministries and Governments, work on research and they are also entrepreneurs and businessmen.
